Doctor Jesse  has served with Western Pulmonary Medical Group as a hospitalist for St. Jude Medical Center, Fullerton , CA .

      In addition, since 1985, he has been in solo family practice in the city of Brea, California . He maintains staff privileges at St. Jude Medical Center and Placentia Linda Hospital .. He is board certified in family practice and board eligible in emergency room medicine.

      As a 20 year veteran of the DMAT-CA1 team, he is a founding member of The Department of Homeland Security, he was deployed as the  senior medical officer to Florida in 2004 and  Katrina in 2005. Doctor Jesse has also served on the hospital peer review committee and has been employed as a utilization review physician for Cost Care, Inc.
